WELCOME TO WIEDEMANNLAND!
German immigrant George Wiedemann began brewing at the original Wiedemann Brewery in Newport, Kentucky in 1870. Today, more than 150 years later, we remain dedicated to the great brewing tradition of this iconic local brand. Wiedemann's new brewery complex featuring a cozy tavern-like taproom, spacious sundeck and tree-lined beer garden, is located just five miles north of downtown Cincinnati in the quaint, historic village of St. Bernard. It's a one-of-a-kind place where beer lovers get together and celebrate all the good things in life that great beer, great bars and great breweries have given us!

Did You Know?
Our Bohemian Special Brew is the beer that made Wiedemann famous, and it’s been sold in this market longer than any other local beer brand. In 2021 and 2022, it was voted Cincinnati’s Favorite Beer from a starting field of more than 300 local craft brews, and was runner-up in 2023.
